I have honestly been working all this time, but have been uploading onto my Website, here's a new pic from it. Click here to have a look at some of the work I've been doing over the last year or so....
So here's the character line up for my film, which I felt I needed to do, just so that I could really flesh-out the designs of the characters in context with each other, in terms of colours and scale and keep myself enthusiastic about the project and stop myself from getting to bogged down with the details of the script, so hope you enjoy and as always, any comments welcome.
Its been a very long time since I've posted anything so I thought I had really had better show you what i've been working on for the last few months. Below are some sample stoyboard images from a short film i'm working on with a working title of 'wood film' ( I'm really hoping a better title will come to me soon!) to be animated in Flash and After Effects. I'm currently writing a script and am hoping to get it finished over xmas so I can really get working on the animation early next year.I will keep on posting designs and concepts as I finish them. Any comments welcome except from people trying to sell stuff through crafty little links. Have a very merry Xmas and a happy New Year!
Above is a painting I did on wood and is part of a series I am doing continuing the travels of the snowman and his little friend. I am planning to do another 3 or 4 paintings, 2 more digital images, and perhaps some screen prints as well. All will be included in the next 'Sausage Fingers' exhibition towards the end of this year, or early next year, depending on when we ever get round to sorting it out!
I was rooting through some old stuff and I decided to post some examples of some non-digital art, enjoy. Below are some new exhibition pieces, altough not completely finished.
Above are two image that I am working on for the exhibition, the left is still in the very early stage and the one on the right is based on the thumbnail sketch below.I Will post finished images soon.
